1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Sweden. Senior Car Insurance Sweden and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms.

In case of any dispute relating to these Terms, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, either party may bring a formal proceeding.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Rules of the Swedish Arbitration Board, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Stockholm, Sweden. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time.
